This Friday will mark six weeks since I placed an order for a five yard wool kilt from Rocky. Although I'm not normally inclined toward frequent email checking, once or twice a week has always been more than enough, I find myself checking my inbox 3 or 4 or 9 times a day looking for the "it's in the mail" email. The worst part is it could form a long lasting habit of email checking and prompt response even after there is no longer a useful purpose, and then all the people who received a prompt response from me will come to expect it.
