Hi Guys, thanks for all the welcome notes! I will respond in due course with some more news of the Jacaranda Jocks, as my Regiment was fondly known - the Pretoria Highlanders. We are experiencing an exceptionally hot summer, with 35 to 40deg C here in my city, which is supposed to be of moderate clime...!

Welcome, well met. You do well to mention the beauty of your home. While my only exposure to Kempton Park has been
the airport coming into and out of Jo'burg, I've been fortunate. Jo'burg, Capetown, Stellenbosch, the west coast from the Cape north to the border, Durban, Lesotho, Timbavati, Kruger, Blyde River Canyon, Sterkfontein Caves,.... A gorgeous drive everywhere I've gotten to so far.
