Anything made in Pakistan is almost definitely going to be a fashiony camouflage pattern. Absolutely nothing wrong with fashion patterns of course, though they do often seem to be 100% cotton if that matters at all. I've seem some import kilts in what looked like Multicam, but was more than likely knockoff fabric. IIRC, Crye Precision doesn't exactly make it easy to order their materials from out of the country, even for legit tactical sewing businesses.

Legit MIL or tacticool pattern fabric will generally be nylon/cotton ripstop, but occasionally poly/cotton or twill. It's great stuff and makes a really nice kilt. You're looking at custom made, so more money but also handmade in the US and whatnot, if that matters at all. Hit me with a PM if you'd like to chat about it in more detail.

If you are willing to wait there probably is a good chance 5.11 will do another run of their Tactical Duty Kilts. I have mine in multicam.
Also Sport Kilt (https://sportkilt.com/category/54/Sp...ric-Kilts.html) has kilts in UCP, Multicam, and MARPAT (Desert and Woodland) as well as classic woodland and old-school AF Tiger Stripes.

I've heard great things about ratspike's Gryphon Workshop kilts. I'd love to have one of my own someday.

Not too long ago our resident "Year of the Kilt" guy, Matt, posted a review of a camo kilt from Stumptown Kilts. Just another option to consider.

Or you could try curtain material - seen here being checked against the local foliage.

I bought a camo kilt at a fair from highland kilts. It is likely a product of Pakistan. It is absolutely the kilt that gets the most comments of my collection. Unfortunately it is always a wrinkled mess and will be relegated to a work kilt. Your conserns regarding ironing from another thread lead me to advise ...avoid this highland kilt product. It is unfortunate because the people there were very nice.
