For a moment there, I thought you were talking about beer, but I was a bit off base because it is Younger's brewery that is Scottish, whereas Young's brewery is in Wandsworth, South London, better known for also being the site of a prison, LOL!
This did lead me to the Young's website, where I found Valentine's Day events going on at various Young's pubs, including the Hand-In-Hand in Wimbledon, where they play the tennis, and where I went on the first date with a girl called Lynn, not to be confused with my oldest friend (born in the same hospital at about the same time, and lived only two doors down, so almost the girl next door) of the same name. It was actually my GF's idea to go to the Hand-In-Hand pub for our first date, she being the one who had been there before, and it was a very romantic setting, being on Wimbledon Common and having nice soft lighting. The beer was good, too!
Still, that was long ago and far away, and has nothing to do with the Young family genealogy. Just my reminiscence. Don't know whether the Young's brewery family are related to you. Some old ladies on the Brand side of my family once got into Brand's Hatch motor racing circuit for free (the land it was built on had once been a farm in our family), so maybe you could get some free beer, LOL!
Once found that our family seems to have common Irish ancestors with a Mike Callahan in Pennysylvania, which is quite coincidental given that I am from England and now live in Maryland. I've still never been to visit his family, though!
