I'll bet that more tartan is woven and kilts made in the recent popular fashion tartans than most (or maybe all) the tartans on that list, the exception being if you consider the "Sutherland" tartan worn by the Royal Regiment Of Scotland to be the same as Black Watch.
This is due to the big Hire shops, some of which have numerous locations throughout Britain, needing hundreds of kilts in whatever tartans are currently popular.
