    The Cuffs stay in the box, not on my wrists, as far as food, well I don't eat much to start with, as most of my stomach was removed with gall blander do to a rare cancer I got from Agent Orange in Viet Nam, so food is only protein for me and eat very little so soup and such is not an issue.... Guess it was a blessing in disguise. I love every day, as I am blessed to still be here. CHEERS .
