If anyone still remembers the movie perhaps you are like me.

The scene that shows why she has that smile still, to this day, makes my heart beat just a bit faster.

This photo beats the Mona Lisa any day.

I asked her if she knew what happened to the photo. She said that she was given it after production and she then gave it to her mother. After checking because she remembered that Chris Reeve had signed the back.

There is no doubting that the lady is easy on the eye Steve, but I have to confess, I have no idea who she is!

This is the British actress Jane Seymour OBE.

Her first role was in a James Bond film.

She was on TV as Dr. Quinn.

The movie that uses the photograph is "Somwhere In Time". Filmed in 1980 it co-starred Christopher Reeve of Superman fame.

    Here is a short clip.

    Somewhere in Time

What beautiful music. Rachmaninoff. May be my all time favorite together with the movie.

I haven't seen the movie, but I love the soundtrack.

Wow, Steve, Jane Seymour is one of my favorite actresses. My wife and I enjoyed "Somewhere in Time" and "Dr. Quinn" What a pleasure it must have been to meet her.

My most frequent question is "what clan is that?"

Since the kilt I usually wear is Isle Of Skye, I have to say something like "it's actually not a clan tartan, it's Isle Of Skye".

Most people don't know that non-clan tartans exist.

Since I usually have a set of pipes in my hand I don't get "where are your bagpipes?" or "why are you wearing a kilt?"

Next most common is "are you from Scotland?" or "are you from Ireland?" to which I reply "I'm from West Virginia" (which often gets a laugh).

If they inquire further I can switch accents. It's interesting what positive reaction I get from British and Australians- they always say "I love that accent!" when I'm talking Appalachian.
