The length was close to be right. It could be lengthened if needed. I like the fabric. The kilt at waist fits right. It is machine sewn.
If I wear a belt, the black trim at the top hardly shows.

I was stressed at the time that I received it.

For a custom tartan, it looks pretty good.

The Dalgliesh 16oz fabric is nice!.

I probably would not have sought it out. It appeared in the clearance list and the sizing was close to what I needed. It was my second kilt.
