I hear ya. We were about 72ºF today. Kinda chilly. Had to wear a flannel shirt today to keep the chill off while I was riding my bike to and from work.
No such thing as snow in San Diego until maybe January or February, and then it's only in the mountains above 5000 feet or so.

Folks, this imaginative group can remember that being kilted bends the norms of modern conventional dress habits. Thus the rules of the challenge can be twisted a bit and still remain within the laws of acceptability. (Fake snow on Christmas displays for example)

From a couple of years back but….it's got snow….and we don't really have any just yet.

And…even though there aren't mounds of snowy whiteness in the background, here's one that reminds us of the power of the kilt to engage complete strangers….Tom Hay poses with a couple of passers-by who were charmed by the kilt back when we had the Welsh Rugby Scarf Mark I here in Chicago a couple of years ago. These folks were happy to pose with Tom and the Scarf as a light dusting of the white stuff began to fall. You also get a good look at one of Tom's fantastic sporrans.

Best,
AA

Looks like @Tarheel will have to meet his own challenge or change it. No snow forecast here, possibly in the Highlands sometime this week? @Jock Scot?
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

If your camera has a self timer, stick it on a firm base and use that.

Good Folks, My wife's birthday is this Saturday (Dec. 6th) If there is no "kilted in snow" challenge winner by then, I'll accept "in front of a festive "holiday" setting". I present this to the moderators for approval or decision. Tarheel
