I actually made mine from a pattern (Laughing Moon, although next time I might try the Truly Victorian pattern) to make sure it fit me just right. It really wasn't that hard, I just made sure I made a mock-up first before I cut into my final fabric and got the boning sized the way I needed it. Otherwise, I'm not sure who to recommend, especially if you want a custom-fitted one. Good luck!

The have one price for all their corsets ($99). They are made with steel busks, and spiral steel boning. Very good workmanship.

This company was spun off the costume dept of the Stratford Festival in Stratford, Ontario. Very helpful and love to help. I've used the spiral steel boning that they carry in the highland dance vests I've made. Much, MUCH, better than the plastic crap you get at fabric stores.
