I can probably do either the 28th or the 31st. The 31st is marginally better as I won't have to get up early the next day, but either one I'll have to drive an hour home to get my wife or daughter, then an hour and a half to the Tavern and the same back.

I will also put together the program, print, and deliver.

With Will's work schedule, 31st is best for us. Both of us will plan to be there that day, if that's what is decided on.
Jim, we will be very sad if we don't get to see you!!
I can do the Lassie's reply again if needed... But would certainly encourage any other Lassie's who have been considering it, to step forward! It's not as painful as one might think (for the speaker anyway... Can't speak for the audience)

Well, there's no way I'm going for something that makes it hard on the Celtic Lass! Looks the Friday night is the best.
PLEASE! Sing out if that doesn't work for you. Tuesday is really best for me, and we don't have much competition for space, but I think Friday is probably best.
Speak up, brethren. What say ye? Everyone can get a motel room and sleep it off the next day.
Separate motel rooms, I meant, not just one. Unless . . . well, never mind.
I'm trying to call out the clan tonight. I sent the burnt cross awa 'cross the highlands a'ready.

And be sure to call your friends and neighbors. And clansmen in the area who do not frequent Xmarks still make great supper mates.

Has anyone spoken to Lamar Britt? (@tripleblessed I know you keep in touch with him usually)
@thescot how about your friend the doctor who attended last year? Regrettably, I can't recall his name right off *face palm*

OK, folks. I just spoke to Michael (Trippleblessed). It's definitely the 31st. We'll start a little later so the working stiffs who have to work and deal with traffic an' a' that an' a' that won't be so rushed. I just sent a message to Greg to be sure the Celtic is ready (is any of us ever really ready?), and I'll contact Rusty the Piper. We do have a back up if needs be.
So, when Michael calls, answer the call. We played phone tag for about 2 weeks.
Becky, be prepared for the Response, Michael will assign all parts. If you have a poem or song, get it ready. If not, get a poem or song and get it ready.
And, fellas, get your kilts out of the moth balls now to air 'em out now. Those enclosed places get a little tight with the smell of naphtha in the air. I get all light-headed and stuff.
Please, everyone--sing out with a commitment and numbers. We need a headcount by Tuesday. And don't forget your momma 'n' 'em. WE like crowds.
Who's printing the scorecard? You can't tell the players apart without a scorecard.

Program is ready to go. I'll print them out - just need a headcount so I'll know how many.
