A small batch of kilted gents assembled at The Haven to welcome Cessna152towser to New England.


Outside the Haven, the sound of Bagpipes, with Sean, a friend who is learning the pipes and an enthusiastic wearer of USA Kilts.

Although only a few Xmarkers were present, there were three non-xmarks kilted gents and many lasses that came to see us. The unexpected sight of kilts and the unexpected sound of the Highland pipes were cheered by the regular customers.

Thanks for giving Alex such a warm greeting to Boston and the States, I sure he enjoyed it.

I was sorry that I was unable to get up to Boston last night, out shopping for supplies for the Clan Cunningham Gathering up at Loon Mountain (NH Highland Games) next weekend. I only hope I brought enough Whiskey for the weekend.
