    Sad.

    Ask not for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee.

    He was an X Marks workhorse for certain.

    Will send up smoke.

    Was just 2 1/2 years ago he presented me with my first X Marks Permanent Red Card.

    Visions of him fitting St. Peter with a kilt on the way in....

    We have, on this forum, quibbled about the definition of the word "gentleman". Trefor was clearly a gentle man;
    his communication was thoughtful and considerate, appropriate and helpful. I wish as much could be said of me.
    He seemed to carry an inner awareness of a higher vision of us all. He was kind to me, and much appreciated.

    I've only just seen this.

    Although I only had the pleasure of meeting Trefor once, we had a few interactions on the forum and although not recently as I'm not very active anymore I always held a high opinion of him. Trefor will defiantly be missed.

    A fond farewell I send to thee
    But great sorrow there should not be
    A great reward is in your sight
    So for you I wear a bit of white
    It's not an end but a beginning you see

    A fine farewell in my eyes, up in smoke in a steamer, some here may know that I'm a steam train freak and that final farewell is going to be something to behold. My hat is off and my eyes turned to the sky......
