I uploaded some pics to my gallery of three different stripe options. One yellow, one red, and one to the green stripe in the dominant blue field.
I'm leaning yellow or green at this point...

Of the three I like the light green the best. The other stripes are too vibrant, in my opinion.

I like the yellow and green as well. Either will look great as a finished product.

I like the yellow. It makes the statement that I think pleating to stripe should make.

The yellow looks sharp! The red is a close second..

Yellow stripes and military pleating were the initial reason I bought this material - with the Canadian Scottish Regiment in mind (that and the fabric was very inexpensive ).
I'm actually thinking of buying more and pleating to the sett...
But I really should focus on saving for some Gordon tartan...

I too noticed the material on the remnants page and wanted some. If you can afford to get some more material, and do like the Hunting Stewart, it may be cool to have one in each. I have a 4 yard MacKenzie pleated to the sett by Bear, and an 8 yard MacKenzie pleated to the stripe by Canadakilts. Nice to have a difference within the same tartan.

I don't know how much they have left, as it still says 44 yards available.
I wish I would have just bought 8 yards, that way I could have made two, and wouldn't have had to deal with the problems asymmetric tartans have.
I may buy more, but I can't until my next paycheck!
I do like the McInnes Hunting too...

I was going to say the Hunting MacInnes may also make a really nice kilt pleated to the sett. Too bad the Chocolate/Camel Plaid isn't really nice, at $6/metre for 10 oz wool, it's a good cost. I still have my eye on one of those tartans, but may have to pass on it for now.
Have you checked out the US version of that site http://www.thescottishweaver.com/ ?

I checked that site, but the remnants were too expensive.
I checked yesterday, and the Hunting Stewart is all gone.
