Anybody going to Grandfather Mountain this year?

Sorry Highlandtide, I didn't know that. Just trying to give you a plug! One of my fellow clanswomen had a booth down there last year too but it really isn't worth it to her to come back anyway. I have to be careful about what I say because I represent my clan but I will say there are some things at the top of the mountain that could stand to be addressed too. I'll stop here before I get started!

Who is your friend that is a vendor? Just wondering b/c there is a good chance I know her. The vendor circut is a close knit one. I hear ya about the top of the mountain as well. I have heard a lot of complaints from a lot of Clans...:rolleyes:

This will be my first year at Grandfather Mountain, I'll look for the Highland Tide banner at the Celtic Jam. If you don't mind a Campbell in the midst or should that be mist?

Flasks are great, even if they aren't the expensive. I picked up one in the camping gear section at Target. Holds plenty of Uisge beatha.

AYE! I thought June 29th would be a great night HOWEVER I now have to go to Atlanta that morning. SO, I'll be wearin' me kilt at the Vortex that night.

I think we should try to plan on July 13th or if it has to be a weekend, July 22nd as a kilt night in CHAA-stun.
