Oh, and I forgot to say, I went to the site, and I'm drooling. So many hats and so little time. I want them all!

I'm just bumping this up because a couple of guys at the kilt-night asked me where I got mine. The link to the seller is on the first post of this thread.

Just another bump to bring this vendor to your attention. I am very impressed with Ian at www.glengarryhats.com. I ordered a Caubeen for St. Patrick's day. Through no fault of theirs the hat never arrived. Ian was quick to replace the missing hat, threw in a little extra spiff, and sent it by expedited means even though I asked him not to spend the extra money. I loved the Caubeen. It's a quality hat and of slightly lighter fabric than some of my Balmorals so it should be great at Summer events but warm enough for any but the coldest winter events. Based on the quality of the Caubeen I ordered two balmorals. They arrived sooner than Ian had indicated and were of the same quality. I intend to wear them at work to replace my old worn out beret.

I always tell my people that being professional does not mean never making mistakes because that's impossible. Anybody can behave well when things go right, problems show a persons character. Professional behavior is how you respond when a mistake gets made, especially when it's not your fault. Ian Parenteau was very professional and I recomend him and his product.
