Took some close ups but didn't put them in the gallery. Kathy Lare is so good you can hardly see the pleats.

My navel waist is about 46" She put in 27 3" deep pleats. Each shows one inch wide.

I'll add the close up of the pleats to my gallery for you Chasem. Look on Page 8

Thanks for the effort there Mike...got a red x...neither Ham, who runs that gallery, or I, have figured a way to post to this board from there. Hence, my referrals to there. Would be a lot easier if we could.

Course, there's always hope that folks who check out my gallery will browse around and at least stay until they get nauseated A lot of fat skin on an old man in some of them pareo pics.

Ron, only one word: Awesome, great, sweet, magnificent, gorgeous, styling, superb, rad, ultimate, bad, cool, hip, smoking, ....

Ok I'm done, I have run out of one word superlatives off the top of my head unless I get either really obscure, esoteric, or change to another language! That is a great looking kilt, and more so because it is currently ONE OF A KIND! nobody else has a kilt like that right now! That should really make you feel special when wearing it. And even when somebody else does get one, it still will be the first and still one of a very limited number of editions. A classic from the beginning, to go with a classy guy! (Hey, did I segue that nice or what?)

Okay, I must be blind. I can't believe I read through the posts and missed the price at first.

$579 seems like a bargain for a really nice kilt in my book.

A Few More Pics of the X Marks Tartan Kilt from Kathy Lare

Okay, just to be clear, Kathy agreed to sew up the kilt for me from the X Marks cloth I bought into...you can't order the cloth from her...but if you have some cloth and have thought better of sewing your own....

Anyway, took the X Marks kilt out hiking in the cold and wind yesterday on the Navajo Reservation and took a few pics in the sunlight.

Yeah, the kilt hose shrunk up on me.

Jacket is the RAF Battlejacket replica from Jerry at What Price Glory. Pretty good color match eh?

Pics are on page 8 of my gallery. Took a while to get them there, site was down for a while. Hope its up now.
