    Great looking Kilt.

I too can vouch for the kilts that the McSwains make.
    They made my first kilt.
That was over 10 years ago and it still looks wonderful.

I would highly recommend Wanda. I'm very pleased

This is the only kilt I own, hope to have more soon. Its really worth the
cost and the time to have the only one.

    David,

Great looking kilt, and thanks for the link to Peter MacDonald's site. Along with the St. Patrick, that beautiful St. Columba tartan (the "two green") is next on my list.

You are most welcome. Peters work is top-notch. Even if its expensive,
its worth the cost. He can look up variants and have them made with the
    correct colors.

I should probably add that Peter has retired from handweaving cloth. I think he still sells cloth, but it will be mill woven for you.

Anyone with a kilt made from hand woven Peter MacDonald cloth should hang on to it!

I recall once I saw a kilt made from his cloth on Ebay and I could kick myself for not buying it -- it wasn't a tartan I wanted, and not even remotely my size, but I still wish I would have bought it.

    I didn't know that!
Here is a close-up of the tartan clothe, so you can see the colors
