I'm still interested. Gina and I are working on our schedules. Are we going to try to make this "formal" or will we just be a bunch of friends who meet up for a good time and plan our time together on the fly? Either way works for me. I just like to know the ground rules going in.

Back in September I stated that I was 'on' for this event, but since there does not seem to be a confirmed date apart from "April", I think you'd best now count me 'out'. Sorry about that, guys, but coming from the United Kingdom means that flights, accommodation and the peripherals have to be booked well in advance, and arrangements at this end, such as house-sitting, etc. have to be organised. Another year perhaps!
In any case, it looks like I'll have the great pleasure of a Storrington visit by Robert of R-Kilts, together with his father at the end of April.

How dissapointing, but I completely understand your position on this, Ham.
In our case, we're 99% sure we'll be able to make the event, although I won't know what my vacation time will be until Feb 12th. However, we plan to drive down rather than fly. Road trips are so much fun!

I won't make this one either. I will just be getting back from two weeks on the Mediterranean on the 21st and won't be able to take any more time off.
