there is nay maire than 250-300 bottles made frae each cask...
every distillery is here... including several closed yins...

we had a lovely lunch o' seared venison and fennel starter... grilled sea breem in lemon butter... asparagus... an rosemary tatties...mmmmmmm....
also a 20 year auld Glenfarclas... 32 year auld Dallas Dhu... an a 27 year auld Glenlossie....
aaaaahhhhhh....

Fantastic pics as always!! If you ever make it to the US, you should go to the Bourbon Museum in Bardstown Kentucky.. Bardstown is the Bourbon Capital of the World! I know it's not single malt, but very enjoyable non the less..

Super pics, P1M, sounds like a great trip to Edinburgh.
Looking forward to seeing the pics of Glenkinchie Distillery which is the closest one from here.
In the heyday of my career, Deacon Brodies was one of my regular haunts after visits to the Court of Session.
