    Yeah, that happens.

Most of the time people know what they're looking at and just want to see if they can get a reaction from you. Sometimes guys are just jealous because they don't have the cajones to wear a kilt and they know it. Sometimes it's pure ignorance. More rarely, it's malice against something that challenges their view of what's normal.

Most of us here have learned to deal with such comments with grace and humor.

Now men need to wear what makes them comfortable and what makes sense for their anatomy. I think the male anatomy CRIES OUT for the kilt.

Any guys who give you any problems, just tell them you are way more comfortable than they are, you are having way more fun, and whatever they are wearing are women's clothes anyway.

The guys who will be teasing you will be dressed just like their women and you can point that out to them - maybe it will get them thinking.

If we males were to make it a policy to never wear the same styles as women, we would have to go through life naked.

So, you might as well enjoy your kilts.

The 99%worlds male population is very insecure where clothing and identity are concerned... heck, most of the people shopping for underwear and socks in mens clothing departments are women! There's little we can do to change that.

    The basic rules remain...

    Women wear what they want.
    Men wear what they're told.

That is the way of things.

There were lots of Kilts worn at the 105 Year Harley Anniversary in Milwaukee . I Plan on wearing mine to the Canadian National HOG rally in Calgary Alberta this year.

Edinburgh HD HOG chapter has a registered tartan. I would like to see If I could get one of those Kilts made up,

My take on it is that men who make comments like that are intimidated. I love going into the local pub with my Kilt and my HD shirt.

I may have posted this twice, so bear with me.

There were a lot of Kilts at the Harley Davidson 105 anniversary in Milwaukee last year. I plan on wearing mine at the Canadian National HOG rally in Calgary this year.

Its my experience that men who make comments like that are intimidated. Especially when we show up at the local pub in our HD shirts and Kilts : )
