Any one know the tartan HE is wearing? Look closely.
Enjoy
Good gracious! Is that a pheasant strapped around his waist????

To paraphrase a popular saying among the kilties, "Real Men wear tartan hose!"

Sorry, Todd. You know you're one of my favorite people here and I apologize if I caused offense.
I really hate those hose, though. They make the whole outfit look costumey.
To be clear, I state my opinions here but I ABSOLUTELY respect the fact that others hold opinions different from mine.

Looking on Thomas Jane's outfit it (FYI he's the fellow next to Patricia Arquette) I think that if he isn't going to wear a waistcoat with his PC jacket then he either needs a dress belt or cumberbund. I can't really judge if the tie works or not because of the really unattractive knot he has it tied in. I always go with a full windsor myself.
Cheers

If you're Sean Connery you call pull off the necktie with the PC...

He is pictured here with the USAF Pipe Band.

It also looks like he has the vest on as well.

There is only one thing terribly terribly wrong with tartan hose, and Robin sums it up with every post he makes:
"Tartan hose are not outdated, just expensive"
