Good idea Alan,
About 15 years ago a friend of mine hit his 40s and wanted a Harley (Davidson Motorcycle). He knew his wife wouldn't allow it.
So, he immersed himself in hang gliding literature...brought home hang gliding magazines, sales brochures, books from the library...
After a while he asked about a Harley and she readily agreed.

That's very amusing.
So, I suppose the best method to prepare the way for wearing a kilt is to bring home brochures on nudist resorts first?

And speaking with Kelly back in September, she did say she was thinking of the Loud MacLeod!

Actually Gilmore....
They BOTH go together.....FREEDOM!!
Many of us enjoy the later and Kilts offer a way to continue FREEDOM in the workaday world.
I think the trews are the best idea.

That wouldn't work at my house. My wife would drag me to the Naturist Resort, not that I would resist.

If that beautiful yellow tartan is the Loud McLeod I am totally getting something in that one day! Orange and yellow are my favorite colors, what a smashing kilt that will make!
