Ya got me with the thread title . Someone just recommended USA Kilts to me a few days ago. I saw the thread title and was . Thankfully it was not what it sounded like.

I'm glad to see that some folks still take pride in thier craft, and dealing with customers.

Gosh! I'd better brush up on my love/hate relationships.
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?

Yeah, I've done a small amount of business with them. Haven't ordered yet, waiting til July. But I was treated greatly. I loved it.

What about us customers that want to be treated like crap? Ground under a heel? Put down and shamed for even thinking about customer service?

Sticks and stones may break my bones, but whips and chains excite me.

I remember when I got my Douglas Philabeg from them. It wasn't the most expensive kilt they sell, but I was treated like I was the most important customer they have.

At the time, that shocked me.

OH noes! Good service for the win!
I love my USA casual, light and comfy, looks fine, not so light that I get cold easily, but not heavy enough to bar me from wearing it on hot days.

One of these days I'll take an upgrade to a semi-traditional, just because it's been tempting me.
