    My vote is to give the kids the exposure and the opportunity to learn about who they are and how they fit in. It's not about the kilt, really. It's about the history and the pride that the kilt symbolizes. When they know the history and feel the pride, they'll want to kilt up as well.

    I'd say strap on your kilt and invite the whole lot of them...Mom, dad, kids and all to the next Games. Heck, pay their admission fees if that's what it takes to get them to go. If the Dad or Mom won't go, then the whole thing is a flippin battle and it's not worth it.

    Let EVERYONE see hundreds if not thousands of Men in kilts. Hint to the guys that Granddad might be available for getting the wee lads into kilts. If the kids want kilts, then Mom and Dad are gonna hear about it.
