I have one of their jackets and I think it's great. It is definitely an affordable way to go until you can get a real PC. Before any members get all bent, I know that I have made a mistake or two in its wearing in this pic but it was taken before I got educated. I have since added the approriate buttons in the right places (I hope). I do not intend to get a waistcoat as I prefer wearing a belt at all times. I hope this is of some help and if there are any other faux pas, I trust I will be informed. Thanks and yes, I will post pics of the new version.

You do button the bottom botton a westcote. The only reason not to button it is a precedence established under Pres. Harding, (?) who could not button it because he weighed over 300 lbs. I do not yield fashion to people who established it because the President was too fat.

Amen, Brotha Colin! I wore a plain sweater and a Gordon Kilt to the St. Pat's Parade yesterday and got a whole lot of wise-*** comments from all of the "Irish" guys that were there...dressed in their DOCKERS and - big concession to their Celtic Heritage - Arran Sweaters (most of which looked like they were bought many, many beers ago...if ya know what I mean).
No matter what, you'll definitely out-class the commoners if you show up kilted...vest or jacket or whatever...

Is there a dress code at the Scottish Rite Club? Do they require that gentlemen wear coats?

Jackets are true to size. I did some alterations on my jacket. These guys are the best bang for the buck and quick to ship.

Funny thing I have to pick up a new car as I just totaled mine yesterday. I may not be a ble to afford an Argyle right now!
