Congratulations. Most people have a wedding, and then after a few years decide how to have a marriage. I encourage you to work very hard on the marriage part early on, especially since there will be another, more innocent one invloved.
Children are a true blessing, and the most important job--the only really important job you'll ever have--is that of being a father. And for your parents and inlaws, (assuming there are some), children are God's reward for growing old.
The order is not nearly as important as the intention of the parents. God bless you both.
