Could a Freudian Slip affect regimentality?

I believe New York State has equal protection for both men and women to go topless, but I doubt it's used much. Mainly it was passed so women would quit getting harassed about breast feeding.

Nudity is one of those things you want to look up if you're interested in it. In some places it might be legal unless specifically stated so, others it is not legal at any time.
Things might have changed, but I remember some state parks in California where you could hike nude so long as no one complained. Since they were pretty remote parks, the odds of even running into another were fairly slim. If someone complained, you had to cover up.
At the same time, if you did not cover up, you would be charged with a sex crime and go on the sex offender registry, so it's pretty important to knows the laws before practicing nudity.
