Just heard from Chris and Kristiann... Looks like Devils Canyon Brewery will be well-represented!

The Semi-Official Brewery of the Nor Cal X-Marks Rabble.

So, if we have a strong representation from The Devil's Canyon Brewery, do you think we can induce them to bring a few (read 6-8) growlers of Full Boar Scotch Ale as their "contribution?" Or maybe some of the muffins and/or cheese?

I think that those wishing to attend should contact (and send money) to the Amazing Madalyn no later then by the end of this week. We will need a final head count to plan on how much food and supplies we will need.

    Cheers

Whiles I won't be attending, I am following along with these threads so I can celebrate vicariously.

That said, I must demand on behalf of all the members of Xmarks that there are pictures of both you and your lovely wife swooning on the chaise longue / fainting couch.

Once at Montevalle follow the signs to the Old Mill. I ask that all drivers
respect the speed limits posted (15 MPH). As we our guests of this rather nice community we want to make sure to be respectfull. The Old Mill is a large building overlooking a pond.

    Cheers

As of the most recent count, there will be 62 attendees (including members of the Montevalle community)! Ought to be a wonderful time, as long as we don't run out of food....you can make haggis out of pretty much anything can't you?

Wow, this sounds like great fun! I assume that at this point it is WAY too late to add any more guests to the festivities?

The wife and I are a little new to the Santa Cruz area and would love to meet some other kilt minded folks.

    Perhaps next year!

    Farlander,

Welcome to XMTS! It is a bit late to add additional guests for Burns Night.

However the "Nor Cal Rabble" as we style ourselves meet for a Kilt Night at the Devil's Canyon Brewing company in Belmont California the last Friday of each month (including tonight). We would greatly enjoy having you and wife join us at one of these gatherings. I will send you a PM with a link to a thread with all the details.

    Cheers

    Jamie
