    Definitely looks good on her. Alas, I'm the only one who would be caught dead wearing something tartan in this family, other than the generic tartan/plaid shirts my dad wears. My sister used to do it, but no longer, and my mother hasn't worn anything tartanish since probably the '80s. Both also usually are trousered.
