Here's a link to a pic of me in my first kilt... I'm on the shore outside of Edinburgh, in a Campbell of Argyll, purchased from one of the Gold bros. shops on the Royal Mile.

I'm not a member of myspace so it won't let me in to see the pictures.

Hopefully some one out there still wears it.
Alex... you look just the same.
You are obviously one of those people who just looks just the same their whole life.
Lucky git.

Wow, a real peice of history. I've heard time and time again that a propper wool kilt will last your life time, I'm glad to see the last long enough to go through the generations too. It looks just as good as any new one, so far as I can see!

Well, you pulled off a good outfit, and a lady in a lovely dress to go with it.

I know it looks black, but it's actually Black Watch.
Not a tailored kilt, just a bargain that I no longer wear.
In the queue for a Matt Newsome hand made
Its a great way to get started, getting an 'off the rack' kilt.

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…
