I would love to meet up with the Kilties from over the hill in San Jose, so, Panache, let me know the details.
Thanks Steve for the update on my two kilts coming from you. I can't wait to try them on and will happily do a review...something tells me that the review will be spectacular.
I will try to get the picture on my profile.
I'll be attending the Kerrville Folk festival from May 19 through June 4 where I plan to wear only kilts (and t-shirts, socks..etc. but no pants).
Cheers,
Greetings Sephy,
I look forward to meeting you at one of the gatherings of the rabble. Kerrville sounds like fun. Just in case you don't know about it, be sure to put the free San Francisco Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival on your calendar for October. (You'll find me there in a Utilikilt.)
Best regards,
Jake

Y'all are just making me feel so welcome. Thank you guys (and gals) or should I say Lads and Lasses?
I plan to spend as much time kilted as is possible this summer. I'll be in the Santa Cruz area and in Washington State. Any Kilties gather at a Pub in Seattle from mid July through mid August. I'll be camping out in the Cascades but will try to come to town to visit friends at some point.
I can't wait to meet the kilties from San Jose but I'm afraid that the next few months I'll be out of the area when y'all meet. Keep me posted, though and if any of y'all come to Santa Cruz, shoot me a message and we'll go to a local pub.
By the way, are there any kilties from XMS in the Santa Cruz area? It'd be great to meet up.
Cheers,

Hey Jake!
I love bluegrass! Let's be in touch; SF is just about two hours by car from Santa Cruz. I'll take a look at the festival's website.

Heyah! Welcome from Menlo Park, about an hour north of you. I get down to Santa Cruz now, and then, and the Loch Lomond Celtic Festival is right in your neighborhood.

I'll be there!
