No problem showing your age on that one Ron - I did that job for exactly three hours, and then went back to easier jobs for kids - changing tractor tires!

I was a pinsetter as a child in the early 90's. I believe the bowling hall i used to work at still uses pinsetters today. It is located north of San Antonio in rural Texas though.

It was a great time. I highly recommend it for all you ladies and gents out there. Aside from the guy who booked our lane nobody said a word about the kilts to us. Everyone just kept to themselves which was a nice change. Either I've stopped noticing or people have stopped staring too.
Then again there were also dozens of Prom kids there too, which I'm sure drew most of the attention to them.
In the Fall we're going to do Kilted Kickball again, because we had to much fun last time.

Actually, Ayin, when I went to the bar, one of the bartenders asked what was up with all the kilts. I said, "Well, they would arrest us if we walked around naked, so this is the next best thing, comfort-wise."

Happiness? I'd settle for being less annoyed!!!

Be warned, Ayin. I was at Tuzigoot last summer in my Thompson kilt and we were all nearly killed by lightning. I hope I never see blue fire coming out of the end of my nose ever again!
I don't know if it was the kilt that angered the Spirits, but keep an eye out for black clouds!

Wow. That's quite a story. As much fun as I think fire is, I think i'll pass on the blue fire on the end of my nose.
As for the black clouds, I'm a pretty optimistic person so I don't bring black clouds wherever I go.
