The single malt is quite nice. A bit of a bourbon flavor. Quite smooth and very drinkable for the price. As I recall, it was $45 for a typical 750 ml bottle.

The last time I had Absinthe I was in Sinai Egypt and some soldiers had brought it back from Spain, we did the whole sugar cube, fire thing, and I do not recall much from that night other than the fact that I knew I had a grand time and had bizarre dreams.

Thank you all for the warm welcome to the Rabble. I had a grand time and look forward to attending other events with you as my schedule permits. I hope to see some of you at the Oakland Highland Games at Dunsmuir House in a couple of weeks.
To The F-HACG: Please don't encourage my young friend, there's no telling what he might do next; like maybe get up enough courage to take me up on my offer to go sky diving. lol.
