    As for the polo there has never been an officially produced one, however Steve Ashton (The Wizard of BC) can make embroidered XMTS patches in two sizes. I got a small one for my polo shirt and a large one for my "Letterman Jacket" (The F-H.C.A.G. sports one one her XMTS Cheer leading skirt).

    Are the patches washable? Usually, embroidered patches have to be dry-cleaned or they shrink, ravel, and get all grody-looking.

    I have washed mine several times and not seen a problem.

    It would be really great to just mail a polo to him and have him embroider the patch directly onto the shirt.
