Dan, I think it really depends on the market. Most do not allow anyone under 21 after 10pm. (it is earlier in a couple)

Well, I understand the Dallas one willbe opening in Grapevine and it will be in the Fall some time.

I do like your establishments, eagerly waiting for ours to open. visited your Tampa branch and found it delightful and a good place to relax after a day at the games, enjoyed the fare too.
