I'll be leaving soon and look forward to seeing as many X-markers as can make it at the Elephant and Castle this evening.

Just going to bump this one up hoping some others will make their way down to The Elephant and Castle at 212 King St. West.

Just a public thanks to McMurdo and his lovely wife Katherine for showing me a good time in Toronto. We had a great time at the Elephant and Castle, and then on Sunday they took me up to Burnett and Struth to look at kilts and tartan. I had a really good time in Toronto!

Jock,
I had a Talisker in your honour while in Toronto - and then I had one for me!

We also went into the Scottish Company for a bit, I'm telling ya going into two tartan shops in one day with your wife saying no don't buy anything is tough.

Mael,
It's under consideration! They are offering a casual in the same tartan of my new double-box Elliot that has recently been seen in posts by you and McMurdo. I like the tartan, and I wouldn't mind having it in a casual - but I keep asking myself do I need two kilts in the same tartan. As for another tartan, so far none of their "sale" casuals are in a tartan with which I have a connection of some sort - though the Maple Leaf is also very tempting!
Its a simple case of too many tartans and not enough funds.
