At an asking price of only $300, I'd balk and say no without further consideration. You get what you pay for. An average stand of new pipes are over $1,000.
That's true, but I bought mine for $375 and they've been appraised at $1,200. Sometimes there's a deal to be had, if the seller is trying to get rid of stuff. The original owner of mine had just divorced his wife and wanted rid of the things that reminded him of her, and that included the 'pipes.
