Update: Test report is in
I just wish to update the rabble on my mother's condition.
She called to tell that the tests show NO infection in the bone! 
The toe is still very swollen, & she goes to see the doc's about that, but the great news is the lack of infection.
My mom wanted me to thank everyone for their prayers & thoughts, she greatly appreciates them all (as do I)
