I will, from the Eastern Daylight Time zone raise a glass of cheer to us, one and all. (Seems almost unfair that Ancienne Alliance gets such a headstart. By the time we start drinking over here, he'll be in bed!)

I shall raise a glass of the aqua vitae (no telling what brand yet) and say,

"Here's tae us. Wha's like us. Damn few and they're all deid."

Ahhh, another aqua vitae supporter. I will also toast in aqua vitae or Aquavit as we say in Norway. This drink is almost a national drink of Norway with a wide range of lokal and national brands.
I will be drinking a wee glass of a lokal brand from my home town at 6 PM European central time, and continue to do so during the evening as I'm going to a "Fårikål" party. Fårikål is a Norwegian dish consisting of mutton and cabbage, drinking beer with Aquavit chasers.
