I'm thinking of making a pair of "kilt johns" as per the Wizard of BC for the next time I'm out and about. With the winds we have been getting and the bit of an updraft now and then chilling me underparts I think they'll come in handy!

Well done, kiltedwolfman.
We've not seen temperatures like that here in Ottawa, yet, but we will . . .
And I do find a good kilt warmer than any trousers I may have owned in the past.
