I guess after reading this topic it caused me to sign up to respond..lol.
For starters..I dont have any Scottish or Irish blood or family history..Not that is off my mind and most that read this now knows....
Ive always been lucky all my life. I have a small frame type build. I was born 3 months early and weighed 3 lbs. I was 128lb in HS at 6-4. 29 waist and about a 31 or 32 chest at time. Never really worked out at gym before then, but i always went everywhere on a Bike. Sometimes 30 miles from the house as young as 12-14 yo. (lived out in boonies).
Now im 47, after 12 yrs in Navy and over 17 yrs working in a shop on vehicles and many yrs of gym memberships, im around 155, 30 waist (can still see hip bones), developed Abs and legs, about a 36 chest. I can still fit clothes from 20 yrs ago. My BMI is about 19-20, (according to the Wii Fit).
Most people ask if im a professional swimmer or runner. I started wearing Kilts full time about 2 yrs ago. I have 2 UKs, 4 practikilts, 1 Sportkilt, and one I just got last week a Elkcommando from Moosejaw outdoors. All a size (small, med) or 32-33 for the UKs.
