    Just seconding my own remark that this is a weathered version of the Dress MacKenzie tartan.

    Matt and Peter have answered the question. It's not an Irish tartan. It's not Sinclair Hunting. It's not any other wrong guess that has been provided. It's a fashion variant of Weathered Dress MacKenzie.

    This thread unfortunately reminds me of the recurring series of threads about the "mystery tartan" worn in Tunes of Glory....Geez.
