Who's goin to Scotland this year?

I'll be taking the family up the Newton Stewart, D&G, for a week in August to do some fishing, show them some of our cultural history, relax and maybe, just maybe, partake of the odd wee dram...

Our eldest isn't too excited - already making 'to pack' list, reminding me constantly to make sure we pack our kilts, working out our itinerary...

Going to my ancestral home and estates in Glasgow beginning of July.

We'll be in Fife in April (and September!) so a trip to St. Andrews and the bakery will be on the cards.

Be sure to go early. That photo was taken when they first opened. When I dragged the 3 others of our group in, only 2 1/2 hrs. later, their cases were about half empty!
