Agreed. I wasn't aware things had changed in the past year. I'll now slink back to my corner and keep my mouth shut.

No need for slinking Rocky. You, just like many others here, were just looking out for a fellow member. It doesn't take much effort to build a bad reputation but it can be very daunting to repair. If the St. Kilda USA operation is attempting to do so, good for them. BUT there is a long history to overcome. Until such time as they have truly proven themselves, a little caution is a wise thing.

Make no mistake, I'm not apologizing for my comments... only that they seem to be 'out of date' by a few months and things seem to have changed int he interim.

I was wondering if we could have a ( " Warning Sticky " ) on this forum where -vendors would be posted that have cause a lot of problems like -Ralhp Nelson - Or would that be too
much ?... A place where we could go and see a vendor and it say do not use this vendor.
Maybe this would make vendors respect the- X marks Forum- and what is said here as being a huge infulence on our chioce's as far as who to buy from.
And if a Vendor made things right then they would be removed from the "Warning Sticky"
This could help when you call a vendor and they are giving the run around and you say "well I will take it to the Forum "
Just a thought like credit report

That's tough because, as any vendor will tell you, sometimes you just get an unreasonable customer who'll smear you just because they feel that they've been treated badly...I mean people who will REALLY go after you venomously for the least problem or no real problem at all.
Regular forum participants know who the bad eggs are and we very often get posts from newbies asking advice on whether or not a vendor is okay or which vendor they might go with...might be best to let things go the way they have been going and hope for the best.

Well I am happy to report that my fabric just arrived and it is beautiful and perfect. The Lochcarron sticker was still on the fabric and all. I have to say that the transaction went well. I was worried after reading some reviews but I am happy with my order. I definately can't complain about the price because it was fantastic!

Perusing this thread is daunting as I’ve recently debited more than $600 USD to St. Kilda USA at the Las Vegas games for a pair of kilt jackets with vests. This discussion thread starts out negatively concerning delivery of my goods. The negativity is somewhat but not completely alleviated later in the thread.
Opinions and recommended remedies are solicited and appreciated.
