    A bit more about "flags"

    I like the old tradition of having the saltire in the hoist.

    I suggested a similar version using the arms of the U.S.A. in the hoist on another site when designing my flags and I thought they were going to hang me for it.

    A quick look at fifty-five Scottish standards shows forty-one with the arms in the hoist, so the saltire is definitely in the minority.
