Nope, no end - you can do all sorts of awkward looking things!
When my workday ends at 8:00 PM, I usually can't summon up the juju to get to the gym, either. So that means I try to make it up the next day if I can.

Tonight I got out to the gym. I didn't feel like going, but my new strategy seems to work pretty well (I don't *have* to do anything; but I do have to show up - and apparently that breaks the whole thing down into digestible parts).
New squat PR: 145 I can almost do a pull up, and I'm doing sets of 5 @ 45 lb dumbbell bench presses (90 total).
I did a whole bunch of stuff; no deadlifts though.
Too tired to really go into much detail. ...but I did the stuff. So there.

90 Percent of pretty much everything is just showing up.
If you get there and don't think you can handle the weights, go lighter. Just get the reps in.
I have a sign on my garage gym's motivational bulletin board that says "If it doesn't happen here, it won't on the field".

NINETY PRESSES??????
Dear Lord, woman.
you'll get beastlier, faster if you do 1/4 as many with 2x the weight.

MacFhearchair is being shy with her log but she let drop at lunch the other day that she got a single squat at only 5 lbs under her bodyweight in her last workout.....which I won't reveal, as I ain't THAT much of a fool.

Last week was a bit of a bust due to holiday travels and adventures. ...That's sort of expected, right?
I missed Monday because I was still adventuring, and got back to the gym Wednesday night, making 9 be the total number of days in my break from lifting.
On Wednesday I surprised myself by bringing my squat max all the way up to 160 and doing a set of 90 lbs total in dumbbell bench presses. I was going to move up 100, but some nard lost one of the 50lb dumbbells. Grr.
On Thursday I surprised myself by getting hit pretty hard with DOMS from Wednesday's lifting - is 9 days really long enough to justify that? wth?
Then tonight (Friday) I thought I would take it easy since the DOMS is still making itself known etc etc. Well, lo and behold, the squats were going really well, so I kept moving up and I did it - I squatted my bodyweight for the first time ever - 165 lbs. I did it 3 times before I failed out, too. woo!
I also demonstrated that I can still deadlift 205 lbs, albeit only a couple times. Presently, 75 lbs is a challenge for a set of 5 overhead presses, and I can do a roughtly 130-lb chin-up. Someday, I'll do a freaking chin-up (like, the first one since childhood).
We're getting there.

Nice work, Jessica. You'll see a real difference next season. Keep it up.

Nice! Bodyweight squat ain't no joke, and a triple, too! All of this is going to translate to more footage on the field next season.

There are two different styles of "chin-up" so are you trying them with the palms of your hand facing you ("pull-up") or facing away from you ("chin-up" or "chin")?
You may find the pull-up a little easier to do in that you'll be using your arms more. A chin-up is more back/shoulder/lat oriented.

I can't do either, although the ones I attempt most frequently are chin-ups. My greatest performance comes from orienting my arms perpendicular to my body (neither a proper pull-up or chin-up) so that I'm sort of curling my body weight? That's the way that feels easiest, but I can usually match the weight I do that way with a chin-up.
Alan, I've thrown the light weight a couple times where, according to my step-offs, it's gone 48-50 feet. I'll believe it when that's what the tape says, but I'm eager to get it measured.
