Malware warning

Howdy all,

I just wanted to thank you guys for posting the information you guys have found regarding our site and Google's issue. I believe I have found the issue and have since addressed it. We are waiting in turn for Google to run a new scan, and clear us of the block.

It LOOKS like the site is now fixed and sorted. If anyone wants to help, please CLEAR YOUR CACHE and go to USAKilts.com and let me know if you still get the malware error.

I DO know that if you do a google search for USA Kilts and try to click on the google link that we're still shown as "malware", but it looks like direct access to the site isn't giving the warning which (we believe) means that the error message is slowly propagating and being lifted.

Going direct, it looks squeaky clean to me, Rocky.

Doing a Google search still complains. That'll take some time for cleanup to propagate within Google's search cache.

Any secrets on how to make them clear it out faster?

Though I've had to fight with a few blacklists over email stuff, I've never dealt with Google before.

The Google warning page does state the following:

"If you are the owner of this web site, you can request a review of your site using Google's Webmaster Tools. More information about the review process is available in Google's Webmaster Help Center."

That statement includes a couple of links you might investigate, to speed things along...

Not sure if this is helpful, but as described in post #21 no warning message occurs when accessing "usakilts.com" via Firefox, but a warning message does appear when accessing "usakilts.com" via a Google search. For some reason Google's servers still "think" the site has a problem.

Just googled the site, clicked the link and no more issues from here..

Fixed, it would seem the google end cleared up faster than I would have thought.
