Hi X-Marks,

Remember me? I thought it was appropriate to drop a line and say why I haven't been around. I still love you, all of you, but I wasn't in a position to be good company to anyone for several months. Adhesive capsulitis pretty much meant the only things I could share were complaints and curses so I thought I'd spare you all that. Things are starting to ease up and I'm a little more normal, finally able to put on a kilt more comfortably. Looking forward to sewing again and eventually riding my bike, maybe next year I can paddle the dragon boat again.

I'm sure there'll be lots of wardrobe talk since I need a new one. I won't specify my waist size because it might make you cry, but suffice to say that nothing fits any more. I've moved the straps on two kilts and they'll hang in there I think (good thing they're my clan tartans) and the rest, including my tweed jacket will simply have to go. It all falls right off. That'll happen on eBay though.

Anyhow, good to be back, looking forward to getting stronger and summer kilting.
