Indeed; I'm a bit of a tablet convert and since owning one I've read books that I would never have read otherwise simply because I like to carry books that fit in my pocket so that I can read them, on the train, at the barbers, in the pub and so I have eschewed many wonderful books simply because they were too bulky to carry around: no longer a problem!

And to add to Lime above, I've got 23 different books related to Highlanders, Kilts and Scots on my iPad, let alone other books, reports and manuscripts.......it really comes in handy........another tool and another way to not have to carry a whole stack of books or material around....

An Ipad mini would fit in my homemade sporran, though sitting would be a bit of a bother.

I have actually grown rather fond of this sporran, it has taken on a rather fetching patina.
